Student Profile Services Individual Contract

Student Profile Services expects to finish the story and web design by the requested deadline and will make every attempt to do so. If the profile and design are not completed within seven days after the requested deadline, the client may decline the service and receive a full refund of all advance payments.

The client agrees to pay Student Profile Services $40 for the student profile. Enclosed is 10% ($4) of the total payment in advance. The final 90% ($36) will be due immediately upon completion of the project.

The profile may not be placed on web sites or submitted to publications until the client has paid the account in full. Student Profile Services makes no additional charges to any web sites or publications using the story, but a line crediting www.studentprofileservices.com must appear with the profile.

Student Profile Services will interview the student, and also a coach or teacher at his or her school. For everyone’s convenience, all interviews will be by phone.

If Student Profile Services receives a quality photograph (either print or digital) of the student within seven days of sign-up, the picture will be inserted into the design at no charge.

The profile will be between 180 and 240 words and it will be delivered in a web page format. The client is free to integrate the story into web sites in ways other than how it is provided.

If a student leaves the activity, or if for any other reason the profile is not used, the same charge will apply for the work done.
